New Beginnings...

...so how many of you made a New Year's Resolution? And how many of you have already broken it? I usually last a couple of weeks. One year I made it all the way to April! :-) This year I decided instead of doing the normal 'lose 15 lbs by Spring' or 'stop smoking' resolutions, my New Year's Resolution is to just try and be a better me. Enjoy life. Eat healthy. Exercise more. Try not to stress about the things I have no control over. Sounds like a plan to me. I think it will be easier to keep it also. What's yours?
